Kasteli Vinsanto is a naturally sweet wine Protected Destination of Origin (PDO) crafted from the finest grape varieties of Santorini, Assyrtiko and Aidani. These grapes undergo a meticulous drying process for 10 to 15 days under the scorching August sun of the island, intensifying their flavors. Following this, their aromatic juice is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months, imparting depth and complexity to the final product. With its captivating deep orange hue and enticing aromas of honey and spices, it offers a velvety texture on the palate, culminating in a luxuriously sweet finish. Vinsanto is best served at 6-10°C, has an alcohol content of 10.5% Vol, and is made from 85% Assyrtiko and 15% Aidani grapes.

Our grapes are sourced from our traditional family vineyard in Megalochori, as well as select vineyards across Santorini, ensuring the utmost quality and authenticity. Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine showcases a vibrant bouquet of citrus and ripe fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate, it exudes an intense character with a satisfyingly rich aftertaste. Assyrtiko is best served at 10-12°C, has an alcohol content of 13.5% Vol, and is made from 100% Assyrtiko grapes.

This meticulous process imbues the wine with a captivating bouquet of citrus aromas intertwined with subtle vanilla notes on the nose. Our family-owned vineyard, nestled in the charming areas of Megalochori and Karterados, upholds centuries-old traditions in cultivation, ensuring the preservation of our island’s viticultural heritage. Fermented and matured with care in stainless steel tanks, this wine boasts a bright yellow color with subtle green hues, reminiscent of Santorini’s sun-kissed landscapes. Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine boasts a deep ruby color, while its nose is redolent with enticing aromas of ripe red fruits. Kasteli Sweet Red wine is a naturally sweet red wine crafted from the red grape varieties of Santorini, Mandilaria and Mavrotragano. The grapes are sun-dried for 10 to 12 days under the island’s scorching August sun. Their aromatic juice ferments and matures in French oak barrels for 24 months. It has an intense deep red color with aromas of chocolate and dried fruits. On the palate, it offers a velvety character with a rich, sweet aftertaste. It is produced in limited bottles. Kasteli Sweet Red is best served at 8-10°C, has an alcohol content of 12% Vol, and is made from 50% Mavrotragano and 50% Mandilaria grapes, and it is a table red sweet wine.

Canava Karamolegos Mavrotragano is a red native Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) variety of Santorini that has been cultivated since ancient times. It produces top quality red high grade wine with intense color and special aroma. The grapes come from selected vineyards on the island and mature in old Vinsanto French oak barrels. Mavrotragano is best served at 16-18°C, has an alcohol content of 14% Vol, and is made from 100% Mavrotragano grapes.
